153 Days [21 Weeks 6 Days]

"A person is a person, no matter how small." - Horton Hears A Who

I love that line, and I think I will paint it on a canvas and frame it in my big boys room when we move.  I have big ideas of fun things I am going to make for my children's rooms when we move into our long term home.  We are still on the search for a beautiful 3-4 bedroom house, with a fenced yard, at least 2 bathrooms, a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice machine, a garage, and a laundry room.  Anything beyond that would be just a dream come true.  I plan on not painting this time, I always paint.  This time I plan on framing, with crown molding, a lot of large pieces of fabric and MDF painted with chalk board paint, and hanging them throughout the children's rooms.  I can see it in my minds eye, and boy is it ever so beautiful!  I can not wait to make it happen.

Today is a gorgeous day.
I mean, here, look for yourself...

I sat out on the porch for about an hour and a half, in my tiny bikini and cute baby belly and worked on some sun, as well as gave myself a bright orange mani-pedi!  I love doing my nails, it is such a stress reliever.  Although I still need to add about two more coats for it to look perfect.

Rafal has been working so much lately, his last day off was on Thursday, but even that wasn't a full day off.  When your boss calls 3 to 4 times a day to talk about the week ahead, it isn't exactly like you get to relax with your family.  Not to mention, when you only get one day off every one to two weeks you have a lot to get done, for instance, grocery shopping, getting the oil changed, washing the car.  We walked around Target and bought a few baby dresses with Dylan, my mom and our Babci.  We went to the DMV and got his new dirt bike registered finally, so hopefully that will be his transportation to and from work, and Dylan, Maya and I can have the car! Woohoo!

We really miss that daddy.  He misses us too, which isn't normal, usually we drive him nuts!! [haha]  He loves us very much, but when you are used to being around adults all day, being around a happy, hyper, four year old can be quite exhausting!  He text me today and these are the words of the text:

"I love you baby carryin, baby momma, princess, lady face, cutie patutie, snuggly woogly sugar plum, without the seed in the middle, full of delicious pineapple juice, sweet tomato skin, you!"

I loved getting that random text, in fact, I think I have read it three or four times since I got it, just because it makes me smile.  I love him and miss him like woah.  He doesn't know when his next day off will be... Which means, not this whole week, or the weekend, or even next week.  His 24th birthday is on April 25th, which is next Wednesday, and he's told me he's not even going to ask off.  SO I am hoping I can convince my family to take him to dinner that night, so that at least if nothing else he can be with family and enjoy a yummy meal!

Dylan is asking for macaroni and cheese for lunch with hot dogs, so away I go to fix him some food.

Have a blessed day... Tomorrow Maya is 22 weeks in my belly!!

152 Days [21 Weeks 5 Days]

Sitting here, listening to the vertical blinds blowing in the breeze.  I opened the sliding glass door this morning, it is so beautiful outside I had to.  The sun is shinning in ever so fabulously and Marley is laying on his big comfy dog bed right in the sunlight.  Dylan just put on the Spanish channel, telemundo, (i really am laughing out loud) I explained that it was in a different language and he said I like Spanish mommy! SO Spanish it is this morning.

We got up early this morning, I rolled over and snuggled up to Rafal and said "Baby, its 8o'clock" and he snuggled up to me more and said "Good morning my princess" and he opened his eyes and smiled so big, it warmed my heart. Then he rubbed my belly and said good morning baby princess.  He really is excited to be having another baby, its super sweet.  Within minutes of us waking each other up with smiles and snuggles, Dylan came in all sleepy eyed and smiling and said "Good morning guys!" and like every morning Marley almost tackled him when he saw him, they are best buddies and when Dylan wakes up, it is almost like it is Marley's favorite time of day.  He licks him all over and Dylan usually squeals in delight "Marrrrleyyy!!! Stoooppppp!!!" smiling all the while.

We all piled into the car and took Rafal to work, and then after we dropped him off, Dylan and I went to 7-Eleven to get him a sprinkle doughnut.  He loves doughnuts but they are a rare occurrence in our home.  Its almost like just LOOKING at the sugar gets him all goofy, so alas, it is rare.  Now we are home, enjoying our sugary delights, and the sun shine coming in through the windows.

I am sitting here realizing that Baby Maya is sleeping this morning, shes just snuggling mommy and I love it.  I am dreaming of our home that we will be moving in to in a few months.  God has been so good to us, it is amazing the things that have happened since I have put God first in my life.  I tell Rafal all the time, that I can not imagine what we would have if he put Him first too!  The world wouldn't be ready for this jelly!  [haha]

So this Tuesday, I will be 22 weeks.  That is blowing my mind.  I have been very tired lately, more than usual, the past few days.  I think Maya is having a growth spurt or something!  She is so big now she just rolls and kicks and punches and jumps all the time, its amazing to watch my belly when she's awake.  I look forward to her laying on my chest soon, so I can snuggle her and smell her sweet baby smell.

She will be here sooner than we know it!

147 Days [ 21 Weeks]

I just popped out literally over night.  One day Rafal was laughing about how I just looked like I ate a big dinner, and the next night his exact words were "DAMN! YOUR HUGE!" [haha] I knew what he meant, and that was supposed to be a nice statement... Sounds nice right?

So here's my belly, I decided last week to start doing my weekly pictures in the black stretchy dress, it will form more to my belly and really show off how much its grown.  Although, as I get farther along I have a feeling you will all be seeing a lot more skin!  I am not afraid to show it all off!!
